Second Plenary of the All Island Civic Dialogue on Brexit

Today Taoiseach Enda Kenny and Foreign Affairs Minister Charlie Flanagan are convening the second Plenary meeting of the All-Island Civic Dialogue on Brexit.

This event builds on the 14 Sectoral Dialogue events that have taken place since the first Plenary in November, which were hosted by Ministers across the country.

Over 1,100 delegates have participated in these sectoral Dialogues, enabling Government to have one of the widest possible conversations on the implications of Brexit for this island, North and South.

Over 400 industry and civic society representatives, from North and South, will convene today in Dublin Castle. Participants will hear the Government's latest preparations for Brexit at this important juncture in the lead up to the triggering of Article 50 and the start of the Brexit negotiation process.
