The Minister for Health, Simon Harris T.D has confirmed that he met with representatives of the St Vincent’s Healthcare Group and the National Maternity Hospital in Government Buildings this afternoon. In what he described as a very constructive meeting, the Minister proposed that both parties commit to a mediation process to be undertaken by Kieran Mulvey. There was unanimous agreement that a process would be put in place straight away. The Minister would like to thank Kieran for making himself available to assist in realising this very important Government funded project.
