Business planning workshop to support planning for growth and raising investment finance.
The objective of this business planning workshop is to help early stage businesses develop comprehensive business plans to support their ambitions for growth and to assist in raising investment finance. The workshop will use the licensed 'Business Cube' methodology to develop holistic and iterative plans which evolve as a business idea develops into a commercial propositon. The workshop is ideal for anyone entering this year's Seedcorn competition.
The workshop will be led by InterTradeIreland's Drew O'Sullivan who is former Fund Manager of a venture capital fund. The activities in this interactive workshop will include:
- The key elements of creating a best practice business plan
- How the plan is likely to change and develop
- Defining the product and service offering
- Delivering the concept with a good team
- Financing and operationalising the business
The workshop will help entrepreneurs and management teams deliver a business for growth plan and actions to enhance the business thereafter.
