The objective of the workshop is to enable each individual to prepare and deliver a clear and compelling 60-Second Pitch. 

Catherine will focus on three main areas – Audience, Content and Delivery. She will help participants to research their audience and to tailor their pitch to that particular audience.

She will then help them to structure the content of their pitch like a story, which they can remember easily.

Finally, Catherine will highlight the importance of the delivery of the pitch – voice, pause, posture, gesture, eye contact and movement. After all, it’s not necessarily what you say that matters, it’s how you say it! She will also give advice on managing nerves while pitching.
