After this course you will have a much better understanding of social media and will have the knowledge to decide what social networks are best for your business and work on using them.
Audience: This course is suitable for all levels of Staff with a basic understanding of the World Wide Web. Attendees ought to be able to use a web browser and ideally have a Facebook account (but this is not mandatory) You will need to be a competent user of computers and the Internet.
It is a non-technical course and is suitable for non-IT staff whose effectiveness would be enhanced by a greater awareness of the current state of the World Wide Web and techniques designed to attract more website visitors and convert them into customers.
Interactivity: The course tries to be interactive and people can bring laptops or iPads but a precondition is that we will not tech support their devices if it disrupts the class. Laptops are better than iPads.
