Minister of State James Browne will be launching the Fireworks Awareness Campaign for 2023 at the Dublin Fire Brigade Training Centre, along with representatives from the Dublin Fire Brigade, Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind, ISPCA and An Garda Síochána on Tuesday, 26 September 2023.
There will be a photocall with the Minister, clients with their guide dogs from the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind, dogs from the ISPCA and representatives from the Dublin Fire Brigade as well as a small fireworks demonstration to illustrate the dangers posed by fireworks.
Following the photocall, the Minister will be available for a doorstep with the media.
